Shahbaz Sharif launched a digital complaint system a few months ago where citizens of the Punjab could simply send an SMS to 80011 and their problems were supposed to be solved on a priority basis. This service was meant to be a direct access to the Chief Minister’s decision making team and would make sure of positive results.
Managed by SMSall.pk, an online mobile community where users could send SMS to a number of mobile phones. Where we were afraid of misuse of the service by using it as a medium to serve the governmental propaganda, we were faced with even more disappointment when the service decayed slowly into oblivion.
We have received a number of complaints from our readers regarding the digital complaint system itself. So we sent a message with a complaint to the digital complaint system at 80011 at 1:17 pm, January 22, 2013 and received an automated response from the number.
The response said “Your message has been sent to the group 80011! (Sent using SMSall.pk)” and after that there was no response even up till now. It seems that the “direct service to CM” has somehow been redirected into forgetfulness and that no one responsible is actually looking at the messages received.

My Phupho was admitted in Sheikh Zayed Hospital on December 22 and expired on December 24. I received a text message from this service on the next day to know about my experience at the hospital, the charges, the behaviours, etc. I replied with all the problems I faced during those three days, but after that no response from any one. I andorse the above mentioned comments that its only a stunt to gain the publicity against PTI
COMPLAINT AGAINST MEDICAL OFFICER 157 RB GOJRA TAHSEEL CHAK JHUMRA DISTRICT FAISALABAD

Most respectfully, i beg to say that i want to tell you about hospital of 157 RB Gojra.Medical Officer ( Mian Awais ) does not come in his duty as a medical officer in 157 RB Gojra tahseel Chak Jhumra District Faisalabad.
All the offices of tahseel Chak Jhumra have a friendly mood with the medical officer ( Mian Awais ).
DPT and EM does not consider these things. Medical Officer ( Mian Awais ) come in hospital 157 Rb Tahseel Chak Jhumra after 15 days.Then he does signature and attendance 15 days and go to his home.Mostly employee of the hospital are very nervous aginst this behave. That is non sence behaviour.

i have sent complaints number of times and even sent entire systems’ complaint on various forums but it never worked. The entire episode was a mere drama, rather stunt to gain the publicity….
