All cellular operators to meet tomorrow for industry related issues

All cellular operators are meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) in Islamabad for discussing industry related issues confirmed Mr. Farooq Niaz – Manager PR and Communication at Zong.

Farooq, who has been appointed at Zong recently, hosted first media lunch today in Lahore at a local hotel where he introduced himself with telecom journalists from print as well as electronic media. He mingled with journalists and shared his past experience in the media industry.

While discussing the industry related issues, he confirmed that all five operators are meeting tomorrow at lunch for discussing core issues such as telecom service suspension on Eid ul Fitr and Youm-e-Ishq-e-Rasool Day, what loss cellular operators had to bear and what future plans operators need to adopt in this regard.

We tried to take more details from the representatives of other cellular operators but we couldn’t get confirmation for any such meeting.
